Before you decide that it’s time to drop some weight because summer is coming…have you tried to nail all of these things first?
The thing is, no one wants to do this stuff because it requires effort, it’s harder than just cutting out a food group, quitting breakfast or starving yourself.
🍗 Eating more protein requires you to have meats and proteins in the fridge at all times, it requires you to plan, and cook it and have it ready to go.
🏃♂️Moving everyday is hard because it requires you to put in effort and make time to do something you may not want to do. It requires consistency, doing it every single day, not just when you feel like it.
💤 Sleep. The most underrated thing you can do. Have a bedtime curfew. Non negotiable time you will go to bed. Stick to it.
👩🍳 Cook more from home. In an unpopular opinion: If you stop buying lunch and stop buying takeaway, you could make some huge changes to your body composition right there!
✦ Doing these things can be hard at times. Because it requires you to do it when you least want to. It’s when you’re tired, can’t be bothered and want easy is when you should be doing these things the most. This is how you create daily consistent habits which leads to the long term body and lifestyle changes that you desire.
So try these things out for a month (not just 1 week) and see what results you can discover.
