Q. Do I need to be fit to start?

Nope! this program is beginner-friendly and designed for all fitness levels. Every workout is fully scalable - meaning we modify movements, reps & intensity to suit you.

Q. What if I've never done Hyrox before?

No problem! You don't need any prior experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know. Our coaches will guide you through each movement safely, and you'll build confidence and strength week by week.

Q. Do I need to attend specific classes?

Not at all! You can attend any 5am session (Mon-Fri) and 7am on Saturdays - as often or as little as you like.

Q. How many people are in each session?

We keep our group sizes small to make sure you get plenty of coaching, support and space to move.

Q. How much does the program cost?

The program is $75 per week, with the option to pay weekly or in full upfront.
