In our CrossFit gym, you’ll find mums and dads, lifters, runners, sweaters, everyday people, those who just want to find a place where they can achieve their goals with support alongside like-minded individuals.

Programs

01 group training

Each workout is a mix up of functional movements to give your body a good workout; testing your strength, building your skills as well as an intense sweat. It’s fitness at its finest to get you the change you want.

02 personal training

We have one on one and Semi private options if you require a more tailored workout for your goals.

03WEIGHT LOSS

You’ll work with a Nutrition Coach to help you eat better to get the body composition changes you want.

When I first joined Tribe, I wondered what I was doing there as I don't work out or eat healthy. Now I can't imagine myself not going for my work out and motivation fix. I have been educated on how to eat better too. That puts me in the right space and state of mind and not feeling guilty for eating.

HESTER

Well there's no fancy or special formula to it. My Nutrition Coach helped me to design an eating plan around what I like to eat and based on my goals to lose weight. My coaches prescribed me what they felt I needed to do to achieve that. I stuck to it and trained hard and the results came.

TOMMY

I lack motivation when not having structure or set sessions. This is what makes Tribe so perfect for me! I'm surrounded by people who really care too. I love working with the Tribe Nutrition Coaches also as they educated me and changed and changed my life for the better.
